United States Air Force / Aircraft Wash Contract

The Contract

Planeguard Aviation Group has secured a contract with the United States Air Force at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, Suffolk, to deliver aircraft wash services on the based fleet. The contract comprises a base year followed by four option years, a significant award and a strong validation of Planeguard's capability as a specialist aviation services provider.

This contract comes just eleven months after the company's inception, and represents a major step forward in Planeguard's growth, establishing the business as a trusted contractor within United States Air Force operations in the United Kingdom.

The Fleet

Planeguard will be responsible for the wet washing of three aircraft types currently stationed at the base: the KC-135 Stratotanker, the C-130J Super Hercules, and the Bell-Boeing CV-22 Osprey. Each presents its own scope and specification requirements, and our team will operate to strict contractual quality and turnaround standards for each type.
